This might be one of the easiest summer salad recipes you’ll make this year and it is perfect for a summer cookout or potluck…it feeds a crowd and could be easily doubled.  We made this for our July 4th celebration last night and it was my favorite dish!  If you don’t have time to grill the corn, you could substitute frozen, but it won’t be quite as good.  The lime vinaigrette really gives this salad a fresh summery taste.  Enjoy!

I can’t believe I’ve already been at Bald Head for over a week!  Our time here is going by so quickly and Sarah’s wedding will be here before I know it!  We’re meeting with the florist today to discuss flowers and I’m very excited.  I hope you all had a great 4th!
