The gift of comfort is being able to relax.  You let your shoulders relax and your breath becomes deeper, and slower, you feel your jaw unclench.  As you relax, you are able to think clearly, practice more patience and make better decisions..

The clarity that comes with comfort allows you to embrace change and take risks.  When you’ve had time to contemplate with a clear mind, you can determine whether the change you are seeking is about fear or trust.  Change that comes from fear is not always the best idea, but when the change comes from a place of trust, you can be more sure that you are moving in the right direction.

Sometimes when you get too comfortable you become complacent.  Staying in a place of curiosity and stepping out of your comfort zone inspires growth. Curiosity can surprise and delight you as you step onto a path that will remind you how amazing life can be.

Today, take a leap of faith and follow your curiosity.  Take baby steps or big leaps, it really doesn’t matter because when you look back, you’ll be amazed at where those steps led you!
