When fall comes, I always enjoy cooking with apples, and this Apple Spice Cake is going to be my go-to for autumn baking. This recipe comes from the new issue of Southern Living Magazine and is everything you want in a spice cake. The addition of cardamom and coriander give it an interesting and delicious kick and the swirl of cream cheese in the center makes it so moist! I always look forward to the fall and Christmas issues of Southern Living because of the recipes that I know will be mouthwatering and this one is no exception. Oh, and I think this cake would be sooo good for breakfast!
