I had so much fun at Redefinery in Burlington last week making this video for a delicious Champagne Cocktail!  The holiday season is here and we need lots of excuses for festive drinking, and instead of just having a boring drink, I thought you might like to see how to make this fabulous Champagne Cocktail.  I think you’ve got to have one great drink to set things off on a celebratory note!
