Good morning!  I can’t believe it’s almost the weekend…it seems like this week is flying by so quickly!  Last night, we celebrated Hudson’s birthday one more time because it was, actually his birthday.  I made my version of Salad Nicoise with Affogato for dessert.  Hudson had another piece of his birthday cake and opened more presents!  It is always fun to celebrate with family, but we did miss Rebecca (Aunt Ruby) so much!
