When Sarah and I were in Nashville, I found this Mara Hoffman cover-up at Jamie Nashville for 80% off and of course bought it right away!   I later found the bathing suit that matched on line and it was on sale also..win win right!  I love all Mara Hoffman prints and this fun peacock print is no exception!

It was a little overcast yesterday morning when we took these pictures, so after my walk, we did a little shopping and made a dinner plan.  The sun did come out in the afternoon and we went to the pool, it was so crowded that we wished we had gone to the beach, but oh well…!  

For dinner, we decided to make Creamy Penne with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Pancetta and Spinach.  Easy meals are a must at the beach and this recipe is delicious and comes together really quickly.  It has so much flavor and could be easily doubled for a crowd.  Keep scrolling for the recipe!
