Today I wanted to share some things that I’ve been loving lately and this dress is one of them.  Dresses have been a staple for me so far this summer and this one was made for carefree summer fun!  It is a go anywhere easy piece that I got last year and still love.  I paired it with Stuart Weitzman wedges and a Gigi New York bag!  This dress could easily be worn on July 4th with a red bag or shoes.

Now on to the list of other things that I’m excited to share with you! My friend Ali from Hot Mess to Mindful Mom, talked about these Mini Buddhas on her blog. She puts a mini buddha by her plate to remind her to eat slowly and mindfully! This is such a great idea! I don’t know about you but sometimes when I’m in a hurry, I’ve finished my food and don’t even remember how it tasted. I’ve tried using the mini buddha a couple of times and it really does help!

These veggie based cocktails from Sugar and Charm might be the best idea ever! The healthy cocktail…how great is that!
