Our family has been coming to Bald Head Island for many years.  Bald Head Island embodies the spirit of summer for me!  It is a place where I feel joyful, relaxed and free!  I love the beautiful views and the sun on my face.  Summer is a gift, a time to escape the everyday to gain new perspective!

Our first stop before we get on the ferry to come over to the island is Provision Company…summer has officially started when we get there!  They have the best steamed shrimp and just sitting next to the water and watching the boats is immediately relaxing.

The ferry to go over to Bald Head Island is located in Southport, NC.  Southport is an historic town with some very charming homes.
