The obvious choice for this cobalt blue blouse was white jeans!  It is such a crisp summery combination.  Bell sleeves are a big trend right now and I love that these are short!  The fabulous platform shoes are a pewter silvery color and will be perfect all summer long with bright colors like this blue blouse as well as emerald green and obviously black.  The rope detail gives them a nautical feel.
