These grilled cheese sandwiches are the perfect quick and delicious comfort food for a cold rainy day!  If you don’t have time to candy the walnuts, you can buy them or just use toasted walnuts.  Make sure to use a cast iron skillet to get the best toasty crust on the sandwiches.  These would also be good, sliced into thirds and served as an hors’doeuvre.
