Happy Memorial Day! I hope you’ve all had the best holiday weekend!

As most of you know, my daughter got married this past Saturday and it’s been such a great weekend, although very exhausting! Yesterday they had a send off brunch and then caught a flight to Mexico this morning. Last I heard, it was raining, but hopefully the weather will improve!

Meanwhile, I spent yesterday afternoon and today getting my house put back together and resting a little. I knew that the month of May would be a doozy and I was right!

I’m feeling grateful for friends, opportunities and family…life is good. I’m also grateful to get back into a somewhat normal routine and start blogging on a regular basis again.

My youngest daughter Sarah leaves to go back to Germany in about two weeks and my heart is breaking because I’m going to miss her and baby Bristol so much! It will probably be December before I see them again unless I can figure out how to get back over there before then! You just never know what life will bring.

The whole month of May, in addition to all that’s gone on, I’ve continued to be in my Mentor program and I’ve been keeping up with the meditation study that I’m doing through the Chopra Center.
