That 70's Vibe
It’s already August 2, and before we know it, the holiday season will be starting. I’m challenging myself to make the most of the rest of August and the rest of 2019! This has been a year of tremendous healing and growth for me. I won’t say that everything has been perfect, but I’ve learned to take responsibility for what’s going on in my life, and I’ve learned that other people have their stuff and it doesn’t have anything to do with me.
The reality is that it matters what I do today…and tomorrow, and how will I finish the year. I’m removing the busyness that distracts me from achieving my goals and I’m getting down to the business of making things happen. I want to be fully present and commit to seeing the results of my work everyday. I’m making no excuses and I’m not holding back. I’m clear on what’s important to me and what I believe and I’m living according to those beliefs. I will remove everything from my life that doesn’t serve my highest values. I will not play small!
So many people are caught up everyday in distractions…things that don’t matter, but at the time seem like they do. Get clear on what’s important and let the rest go. For me, spending time with my family, growing Crazy Blonde Life and Blondie and finding joy everyday in my life are the important things. There is certainly work involved, but if I’m focused on the big goals and achieving small goals everyday that move me in the right direction, things will fall into place!
How will you finish 2019…only 5 months left!

The last time I wore this cute boho blouse was on the beach with a pair of denim shorts. That’s probably my favorite way, but it’s a really versatile blouse and it’s great with white jeans…the colorful embroider pops when paired with white. I found the blouse while at Bald Head, it’s made by Free People (one of my favorites), but I can’t find the exact one to link and I’ve scoured the web looking. Maybe I got the last one haha! I wore it here with espadrilles from Van Eli (on sale now for $72) and a clear bag. When the weather starts to get cooler, I’ll wear it with jeans (maybe flares) and a vest to show off the cute puff sleeve. I’m loving the 70’s vibe that seems to be everywhere right now. Keep scrolling to the end for a boutique of boho tops and some things from Free People that I’m loving right now!
