Trend Twist

Since the fall of 2024, lady jackets have been trending in women’s fashion! It’s a trend I happen to love…lady jackets are so easy to style, they add a touch of sophistication most any look and they are so chic. As I’ve been putting my clothes into my new closet, I’ve realized how many tweed lady jackets I own and I’m so ready to get styling for spring!

Another trend that’s making a comeback for spring 2025 is the bomber jacket. I honestly never loved bomber jackets in the 80s, but as with every trend…reinvention is inevitable. The jacket I’m wearing here from Boston Proper is a combination of the two trends to make a lady bomber jacket and this is a trend I can get behind. This style is more casual, but still very versatile and chic.

I really don’t think this jacket could be any more fabulous and let’s talk about these trouser jeans…they are some of the best fitting jeans I’ve ever worn and I am in love with them! They are perfect styled with my Gucci sling back sandals…it’s a simple, but very wearable look! I threw on a pair of blue sunglasses for fun! My earrings are from Julie Vos!

My chunky beaded bracelet is from Tamera Beardsley…be sure to check out her sight for the most amazing jewelry!

The little bag pictured above is from JW Anderson and I purchased it at a charity event last spring! I’ve found a few similar ones linked in the boutique below!

I’m not sure, but I think the sunglasses look better on Amos!

See below for everything in this post and a few more indulgences…

I must sign off now because if I don’t get my taxes done…Baldy is going to kill me! Not the way I really want to spend my Sunday, but you know the saying…nothing is certain but death and taxes!

Thanks so much for reading today!
