The Best Easy Breakfast Toast

I’m going to make a confession…I love toast! I love bread! I would eat toast every meal if I could so when I heard about this recipe for the most amazing toast with yogurt, bananas and peanut butter, I had to try it!

There’s really no need for a recipe because you just use the ingredients in any amount that appeals to you and you really can’t go wrong!

To make the toast…

Use any substantial loaf of sliced bread that you like (I used a whole wheat loaf), and toast the slices. Place the toasted bread slices on a plate and spread with a thick layer of Greek yogurt. I used vanilla but you could use any flavor you like. Top the yogurt with banana slices. Place about 3 - 4 tablespoons of peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until the peanut butter is drizzleable. Drizzle the peanut butter over the bananas, top with granola and drizzle with honey. The best part…sprinkle with flaky sea salt and devour.

I’m going to make this for my grandsons soon! I think they’ll love it!
