The Absolute Best Seared Tuna with Ginger, Cilantro and Avocado

Last night’s dinner was delicious! I served this Tuna with Ginger, Cilantro and Avocado with my Coconut Rice, we sat outside on the porch, enjoying the beautiful evening and devoured this meal!

This recipe comes together very easily if you prep your ingredients in advance, which doesn’t take long at all. All you need to do before serving is sear the tuna. I always cook my rice in a rice cooker, it comes out perfect every time and it can sit for several hours and I don’t have to worry about it. The ease of this dish makes it perfect to serve to guests and I promise they will be impressed! There is so much flavor packed into this sauce and when you put it over the already flavorful tuna, you have a great combination! Another plus - it’s really healthy! If you want to make this recipe gluten free, use Tamari instead of soy sauce. Keep scrolling for the recipe
