Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away and it’s time to start thinking about what to serve with the turkey! We all have our tried and true recipes for sides, but I like to make something a little different every year, just to mix things up! Here are 15 recipes for sides that I’m excited about. The Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad and the Celery, Pear and Hazelnut Salad are at the top of my list to try…I like something cold and crisp to balance the richness of the rest of the menu. Another recipe included here that I’ve tried and love is the Blood Orange and Beet Salad. It’s great for anytime and so beautiful to serve on a buffet!

Hi Suzanne,
You’ve done all the research and now all I need to do is the cooking! I’ve found three recipes here that I’ll use. (Actually, I’ll just use them as inspiration because I rarely follow recipes!) But the combinations of fruit, nuts and veggies sound so delicious, I can’t wait to try fiddling with them. There will only be five of us for Thanksgiving, so we’ll probably have Cornish hens with the fixings. And lots of dessert!! Hope you are having a good week. I feel like things are finally looking UP!!
XO Heidi
Hi Heidi
I just have to comment on the last sentence first! I’m so glad that things are looking up for you! I know it’s been a long year!
I’m with you about the recipes! I love to have the basic idea and change them up to make them mine! I can’t wait to hear what you make and I hope you’ll share on Instagram! Thank you thank you for reading today!
