Target Haul and Weekend Sales
Happy Weekend! The weather wasn’t quite what I expected, but it’s still been a good day! I managed to get to the garden center (all outside…complete social distancing) and buy flowers and ferns that I’ll plant in the morning. I don’t remember doing so much gardening…ever! It’s so nice to be outside in the sunshine planting flowers.
Really, about the only places I’ve gone are the grocery store and Target…who know how great Target pickup could be?! I have ventured inside the store a couple of times because - maybe I just needed a Target fix and even though the curbside pickup is amazing, there is nothing like finding a few prizes as you’re walking the aisles! As you know, I found my almost all time favorite jeans at Target online and bought 3 pairs. Of course, I needed a few things to mix and match with the jeans and other some things in my closet for that perfect work from home look. No matter how hard I try, I just can’t let myself put on a silk top or high heels to stay home and go on dog walks and sit at my computer. I want to get dressed up with all my heart, but I also want to go somewhere after…anyone else with me on this. I seem to be able to justify new Target pieces because they’re just so affordable and a few new things make me feel a little snazzier!

Ok, here’s the whole story on the jeans…the first pair I ordered were a little to large, so the next 2 pairs fit just perfectly, however, the pair that are a little too large are so very comfortable…like the best boyfriend jeans, so I’m saving the snugger fitting ones for going out and wearing the larger pair like loungewear, just because! I guess the moral of this story is that these jeans run true to size.
