Yesterday was a magical day!  I can't imagine that it could have gone any more smoothly!

Chocolate Chili is a really easy dish to make for Valentine's Day!  It is sooo good and warming for a cold February night.  Serve with a salad,  Mississippi Mud Cake for dessert with juicy strawberries and you've got a great meal with not much effort!

 I really thought a lot about what I was going to cook because Valentine's Day is right around the corner and I wanted the menu to feel special.
