Styling White Jeans for Fall
Somehow there are still people out there who are on the fence about wearing white jeans after Labor Day. I’m here to dispel this outdated fashion rule once and for all and prove that wearing white denim with cold-weather staples, such as oversized sweaters, boots, and leather isn’t only easy, but very cool!
This look with white jeans feels very seasonal—a comfortable sweater and felt hat make it work. My cute sandals are by Vince from another season, but I would definitely wear a pair of booties later in the season and these jeans are the perfect cropped length for that!
The black leather jacket and snakeskin booties work well with the white jeans…the details make it pop! I’m wearing a pair of Prada sunglasses that I got during the Nordstrom sale and I’m loving the shape. My fabulous earrings are from a small jewelry company based in Raleigh NC called Smith & Co.!
This outfit is probably my favorite of all! A trench coat is a closet essential and so cute styled with the white jeans. Since I’m not wearing this coat to stay warm or dry, I’ve tied the belt in the back. A simple white tee, a Gucci belt (another closet essential), booties and a fabulous bag complete the ensemble!
My earrings are also from Smith & Co…check out the website for more unique jewelry and accessory designs!
White jeans can make a sweatshirt and comfy sneakers look a little less casual. Add a denim jacket when the weather is a little cooler! The Sam Edelman sneakers are my new favorites! They look a little like the Golden Goose but not nearly as destroyed (or as expensive)…which I like.
Classic all the way with a v-neck cashmere sweater from Vince, Gucci belt and sandals from Staud (I’ve been wearing these with everything). My bag is from another season. Again, I would switch out the sandals for colder weather, but these are perfect for weather right now!
If you’re still putting away your white jeans after Labor Day, I hope this post has convinced you to keep wearing them all through the fall and winter! Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
