Spring Ready in Pink!
Color is a big deal this spring! While pastels and lighter colors are always trending for spring, this year pink is everywhere! Iβve seen every shade of pink imaginable and also pink from head to toe. Pink is a color that almost everyone can wear and itβs a happy feel good color! Give it a try and see how a touch of pink can transform your wardrobe!
Iβm sure everyone knows by now that the Pantone color of the year is classic blue. This color is such a good base for almost every other color, but I think goes especially well with pink. This season, Iβm wearing pink as a neutral combined with pistachio and saffron as well as bright colors like poppy red and bubblegum pink. If youβre more of a neutral person, pink goes well with black, grey and tan. You really canβt lose with pink!
The blouse Iβm wearing is from Cabi and is a fabulous pink snakeskin print! (check out their full collection for spring 2020 here). I obviously paired it with my favorite Citizens of Humanity white jeans which is a go-to look for me, but I found the most fabulous shoes that are perfect with this outfit and also that go with so many other pieces in my wardrobe! I bought the Miu Miu bag (similar here and Iβm in love with it) last season and really havenβt worn it much, but I think it is absolutely perfect here! Sometimes, an outfit just comes together!
You can find my edit of clothing and accessories below so youβll be ready to step out in style and in pink this season!
Iβm going to be honestβ¦the day these pictures were taken it was freezing cold outside and I just couldnβt bear to brave the temperatures. The weather has been so all over the place latelyβ¦cold one day and warm the next that I just never know what to put on! I am so ready for warm and sunny days and sandal weatherβ¦it looks like I just might get my wish today!
My emphasis has been on fashion latelyβ¦I love fashion and the anticipation of a new season, but itβs also the easiest kind of post for me to put together. As you know, Iβve been so busy lately with travel that Iβve had to make my blog posts a little quicker in order to get them out. If fashion isnβt your favorite, never fearβ¦Iβve got a huge post coming up all about my cruise with Regent Seven Seas, a post about self care and my favorite new self care products, and so many recipes waiting to be made.
