Shawarma Air Fryer Chicken - Dinner Tonight in a Flash
I should probably get this out the way from the start…if you’re looking at the pictures in this post and reading the recipe and feel like something is missing…it is! I’m not quite sure where my brain was when I was making this recipe, or if I was trying to do too many things at once, but I left out the garlic and onions. The truth is, this Shawarma Air Fryer Chicken is still one of the tastiest things I’ve ever made!
I have been using my air fryer more and more and wondering why it took me so long to get on board! It’s such a great way to cook without using much oil, it’s really quick, the cleanup is minimal and everything I’ve made has been fabulous! I know you’re going to love this recipe…even if you forget the garlic and onions!
This recipe calls for shawarma spice blend that you can make yourself or purchase. It’s a spice blend that's smoky, spicy, and incredibly versatile…and perfect for seasoning crispy chickpeas, falafel, curries, scrambled eggs, vegetables, and more! I will definitely be keeping this on hand!
