Sephora's Annual Summer Bonus Sale
As the summer wraps up and you're slowly starting to think about the fall season, it’s time to replenish and stock up on your favorite makeup and…luckily it’s time for Sephora's annual Summer Bonus event. That’s right, the entire store is on sale right now — but only if you have attained VIB or Rouge status, so, unfortunately, Beauty Insider members will have to wait until next year. (The top two tiers of its Beauty Insider program can be achieved by spending $350 or $1,000 per calendar year, respectively.)
Rouge shoppers can enjoy 20 percent off the entire store, while VIB status members can enjoy 15 percent off. These discounts can be applied both online (with the code SUMMERSAVE) and in store, and you can shop as many times as you like before the sale ends on August 27. That means you can keep going back time after time when you remember that you want more items. After all, you can never have too many beauty products!
Before you start shopping, there are a few things about the Sephora sale you need to know! The discount cannot be used on anything from The Ordinary, and per transaction, you can only buy one Dyson item, three Tatcha products, three Drunk Elephant items, and five of anything from Morphe. (All the more reason to shop multiple times before the end of the sale.)
SEPHORA VIB
To achieve Very Important Beauty Insider status, spend $350 in a calendar year on Sephora merchandise purchased online, at Sephora stores, and Sephora inside JCPenney stores. The discounts are higher than regular Beauty Insider rewards. VIB has a few more perks than Beauty Insider such as instead of 2 choices for your birthday gift you get 4 and some include full-size products.
ROUGE
To achieve Rouge status, spend $1,000 in a calendar year on Sephora merchandise. Rouge has all of the same offers but more. The discount rate is always high, free shipping, early access to products and invites to special events.
