Saturday Style - Cool Spring Day
I woke up on this beautiful, but still cold morning before my family…as I always do. I love the stillness of the morning and the time alone. Today, during my meditation, it came to me that it’s time to set some intentions for the new season…
I’ve been thinking so much about the quality of my days and the moments that make up my days and trying to be intentional with not only my actions but my unspoken thoughts as well. Awareness of what I’m thinking leads me to better actions.
Even though it still feels cold outside, my peonies are full of buds, our weeping cherry tree is blooming in the front yard and everything is getting green.
Today, I’ve made a desire list filled with things I want to bring into my life during this new season! Keep scrolling for outfit details and my desire list!
I desire more time to prepare beautiful family dinners with food from local farmers…
Fresh flowers in our home…
Time to dream and play…
New opportunities in my business…
A much needed home refresh…
More personal growth and learning…
More yoga and walks with the pups…
Clarity and a renewed sense of purpose…
I have so many things happening in my life! My Journey of Becoming program is in full swing and I’m very excited and beyond grateful for the women who have joined!
I’m having the Halo laser on my face and chest tomorrow (renewed skin)!
I’m working on a shorter 5 day Jumpstart Program that will be so helpful for anyone who needs a little nudge to get things going!
Our daughter Rebecca is getting married on May 28!
I turn 59 years old on May 4! I’m not at all upset about this because life just gets better!
I did want to mention that because of our daughter and grandson being home and so much going on that I’ve decided to postpone the body building competition until the fall. It’s just too much to try to train 5 days a week, stick to a strict diet and get everything else done!
Crazy Blonde Life, in the upcoming weeks, will be a reflection of my excitement about local food, yoga, living life on purpose, spring decor and table settings, Easter, wedding planning and everything I’m doing this season! I hope you enjoy!
I purchased the sweater I’m wearing in these pictures when I went shopping for my mother-of-the-bride dress last weekend and have worn it non-stop! I love it styled with a white blouse underneath and either jeans or my Spanx leggings, as I’m wearing here! The cool temperatures brought another opportunity to wear my much loved Gucci combat boots! I’m calling this Saturday Style!
Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you enjoyed this post! If you don’t already follow me on Instagram, there is more there! I also post to Pinterest almost daily!
