Dinner For a Busy Weeknight - Easy Hamburger Soup
Last night was crazyβ¦I had been working all day, the house was a wreckβ¦I had been to the grocery store and the groceries were still sitting on the counter in the bags and I didnβt feel like cooking dinner! Do you ever have days like that?
I found this recipe for Hamburger Soup on a blog called Salt & Lavender, and knew it would be quick and easy and, I had all of the ingredients. I tweaked it just a bit and added the grated Romano cheese at the end. The soup came together in about 15 minutes and I let it simmer for another 15 or 20. A warm bowl of soup was just what I needed. It was delicious and filling, but not too heavy. The best part was that cleanup was easy and there are leftovers for today! I would say that this is a perfect recipe for those nights when you donβt have time to cook but donβt want to go out! Trust meβ¦it was delicious!
I love anything vintage, but especially dishes! I found these 1920βs French Porcelain Lion Bowlsβ¦theyβre one of a kind and will elevate any bowl of soup!
Iβm including a boutique below of things Iβve already purchased and love and things that I really want! Enjoy!
Let me know if you make this soup! Also, be sure to follow me on Instagram , Pinterest and in the LiketoKnow.it app, where I post things that donβt always make it to the blog! Have a great Wednesday and thank you for reading!
