Greek Salad With Hummus and Naan Bread
Embracing everything healthy this Saturday morning with a Greek Salad served with Hummus and Naan Bread! This salad is so easy to put together and the flavor combination is amazing. Two kinds of olives combined with cucumbers, tomatoes, black beans, garbanzo beans and the freshness of a squeeze of lemon make this salad irresistible! Itβs also delicious and really pretty to serve! Youβll want to make extra because it keeps well in the refrigerator and makes a fabulous lunch in a flash! Itβs always nice to have something healthy to pull out when youβre in a hurry!
I didnβt chop the olives in this salad but I will next time I make it. I love a whole olive in my mouth, but they do roll around on the naan bread so chopping them would make this salad easier to eat!
