Fabulous Fall Finds - What I'm Buying This Fall
More than any other season, fall makes me want to spruce up the house with pumpkin scented candles and books that make everything feel cozy. By this time, I’m also feeling tired of my summer clothes but also know it’s too hot to pull out sweaters and jackets so I like to add a few new pieces in more neutral colors until the weather starts to cool down.
This fall will be a little different than most because on September 29, I’m leaving for Germany to visit my daughter and grandson! I’m so excited to see them and we’re going to do a little traveling! We’ll be going to Octoberfest in Munich and then we’re going to Paris for a few days! The weather will be a little cooler there so I’m trying to decide what to pack and as I’ve said before, I’m not the worlds best packer. Anyway…I’ve gotten a little off track…today, I’m sharing some of the things I’ve purchased recently for my trip and the fall season!
I wanted to feel stylish and organized at the airport, so I purchased this new luggage from Amazon. I know it will stand out when I’m looking for it after I land in Frankfurt. The great thing about this luggage set is that it’s inexpensive (as luggage goes)…I never want to spend to much on luggage because the airlines are so hard on it! This piece is also really nice, but costs slightly more!
For years, I’ve been buying pumpkin bread mix from Williams Sonoma! It’s a tradition in our family that I look forward to! My grandsons love to come over and have a piece while it’s still warm from the oven!
I also picked up the Pumpkin Spice muffin mix….there is no doubt these muffins will be delicious and perfect for Saturday morning breakfast!
Another tradition…I buy this candle from Nest in multiples every year!
I cannot go into Anthropologie without buying a candle no matter the season, but the fall candles are impossible to resist!
I haven’t purchased this book…yet, but since we’re going to Paris, I’m going to be wanting to immerse myself in “all things Paris” for the next several weeks!
These two are calling my name as well! I’ve been to Paris twice, but both times with a small group. This trip will be all about exploring and finding the best spots to eat and shop! Since my grandson Bristol will be with us, we’ll also be looking for beautiful parks for him to run around in. I’m envisioning going to a market and purchasing cheeses and fruit and having picnics and…taking an insane amount of pictures!
I did purchase this book and I’ve been pouring over it! If you subscribe to the “more is more” concept of decorating, this book is for you!
Another fall purchase that I’ll wear into the holiday season! This sequin top is surprisingly cute with joggers but can also be dressed up for fall cocktails!
Since I own several pairs of high waisted jeans now, I’ve been loving crop tops. Tucking anything into a pair of high waisted jeans just seems like too much fabric. Tops like this black mock neck hit right at my waist and are so much more comfortable.
This spin scrubber may seem a little random, but I’ve been on a tear cleaning everything and clearing out things we don’t use or need anymore. I saw a girl on Instagram cleaning her shower with this scrubber and immediately ordered it! It just came so I’ll keep you posted!
I’m including a boutique with all of these items plus a few more fabulous fall finds below! I hope you enjoy!
