Happy Thanksgiving! I don’t remember if I mentioned this here, but my daughter and her husband and Bristol, my baby grandson have unexpectedly come home for Thanksgiving and I couldn’t be more excited! We haven’t all been together for Thanksgiving in 4 years!

I spent yesterday morning shopping with all three grandsons! It was so much fun and a little wild! I wanted them to have matching Christmas outfits for pictures because we won’t all be together for the holidays! After shopping, I finished up most of the cooking for today…all I have left to make is an oyster casserole (Baldy’s favorite) and a fennel salad that I think will be a delicious balance to all the richness of the meal!

I hope you all have an amazing Thanksgiving Day and find countless things to be grateful for! I am so grateful for everyone who reads my meanderings here on Crazy Blonde Life! You all mean more to me than I can possibly describe! Thank you!

And now…about this look! This look is so me! I do love the balance of a masculine look softened by puff shoulders, pearls, and the fishnet knee highs make me happy! I pulled together closet essentials - a camel coat, off white turtleneck sweater, black leather pants, a black crossbody and loafers! The coat could be any length, and the pants could be faux leather, but these pieces are workhorses that will carry you through seasons of outfits and…they can be mixed and matched endlessly! I threw in the fishnet knee highs for fun and for warmth!
