Everything I Wore at the Beach

I have one more week here at Bald Head Island and most of it will be spent working on Blondie! Today, I’m making some great summer recipes that will be in the magazine and tying up some loose ends. If you haven’t already subscribed, you can click here!

I’ve had so much fun with fashion on this trip and this post is filled with some of the looks that I’ve worn. This island is very casual for the most part and that suits me just fine! I’ve linked exact pieces when possible. Happy Monday Everyone!

One of my favorite looks! I love to wear a boho top with denim shorts and of course an armful of jewelry. The bracelet on my right arm is by Pamela Mason and you can see her things here.

I was thrilled when Trina Turk reached out and asked me to wear one of their swimsuits while at the beach! I have always been a Trina Turk fan and this year may be my favorite for swimsuits!

Island Passage on Bald Head is a favorite shopping destination for the best clothes to wear at the beach! I found this Free People top there and again, paired it with my J Brand denim shorts! My beautiful cross necklace is by Julie Miles as are my bracelets.

I’ve been wearing my hair curly for the entire time we’ve been here! It’s just too humid to even try to straighten it! I would have preferred to straighten it on the night I wore this dress, but oh well…

Susana Monaco is another favorite brand for me. The fabric is perfect for travel and easy to wash.

The stunning pearl necklace with a labradorite stone is by Julie Miles. Julie’s website is mostly a look book of her jewelry, but her contact is on the website if you’re interested in purchasing anything! Just contact her directly.

Another dress from Vici! This was one of my favorite shoots…the container ship in the background came up just at the right time. I love love wearing this dress at the beach because it’s beautiful and cool and the wind catches the skirt.

Vera Bradley sent me this adorable beach bag and it has been great! I love having an assortment of bags to go with different outfits…as you know and beach bags are no exception! My shoes are Tory Burch and I love them in red, but they come in lots of other colors. My dress is from Lou & Grey at Loft.
