Easter Isn't Cancelled - Celebrate Spring at Home
In this time of practicing social isolation because of concern for others, it can be difficult to navigate the celebrating of holidays, not to mention birthdays (mine is coming upβ¦hello), Motherβs Day, Fatherβs Day and graduations. Right now, more than ever, I believe that celebrations should continueβ¦just in a different way!
The bright side of thisβ¦research shows, is that people who celebrate small things and practice gratitude have βmore energy, less anxiety and better physical healthβ. Celebrating is an important part of our lives and there is no need to stop celebrating just because we canβt go out. The spring season has many reasons to celebrate, including Easter, Passover, Motherβs Day and Fatherβs Day.and itβs important to keep the rituals of celebrating now more than ever. Here are a few recipes to go make for any celebration, no matter how small!
