Dinner Tonight - Delicious Grilled Salmon Bowl

Grilled salmon is one of my favorite things to eat and I always grill extra to have for salads the next day. Instead of a salad, this time, I decided to make a Grilled Salmon Bowl with coconut rice! It’s so quick and easy and especially if you have a rice cooker…just cook your rice and when it’s done, assemble your bowl. Watch my latest YouTube video to see exactly how I did it!

What You’ll Need

Grilled Salmon (room temperature)

Coconut Rice - Recipe Here

Grated Carrots

Edamame (I used frozen and let it thaw in the bag)

Cucumber

Yellow Pepper (doesn’t really matter what color)

Sriracha Mayonnaise (1/3 cup mayo, dash of sriracha, 1 tsp. rice vinegar)

Crispy Wonton Strips
