Chocolate Martini - the Most Festive Holiday Cocktail

I’m not much of a cocktail girl! I usually just stick to a glass of wine or Champagne, but when I saw this gorgeous drink, I just had to try it! I do love chocolate and I figured this might be a cocktail I could get on board with and…I was right!

Don’t be fooled by the pretty chocolate and peppermint rim, this drink packs a punch, so feel free to adjust the ingredients to your taste. The one thing that I think makes it is to use heavy cream when making your hot chocolate and also to use Williams Sonoma Hot Chocolate Mix because that’s a winning combination!! Keep scrolling for the recipe and you can also watch me make this Chocolate Martini here!

I’ve been obsessed with the beautiful Dorset crystal glassware from Williams Sonoma and finally decided to purchase the martini glasses to serve this drink! I love the weight of the glass in my hand and all of this glassware is so gorgeous! Merry Christmas to me!

Happy Saturday…I still haven’t finished my Christmas shopping so that’s what I’m going to do today! I need a few special gifts and I’m going to a local consignment, vintage shop that should have everything I’m looking for! Tonight, we’re taking my grandson Hudson to see the Nutcracker and out to eat spaghetti!

Tomorrow, I’ll be doing a β€œThis & That” post and then I’ll finish wrapping packages and hopefully be able to sit down and enjoy a fire in the evening! I hope you all have a wonderful β€œweekend before Christmas”!

Also…I want to thank you so much for all the sweet comments on yesterday’s post! I’ll be sharing my hat collection soon and I’m looking forward to more vintage finds in the new year!
