A Charming Valentine’s Day Look

Is it ever too early to start planning outfit ideas? I think not…

I own this jacket (or a version of it) from Boston Proper in five different colors…light blue, black, off white, red and gold. They have made a version of it every season for a while now and I wear mine often!

This red jacket is made from the softest leather and I get compliments whenever I wear it! I think this particular red one is so much fun for Valentine’s Day, but red is great all year long and definitely trending for Spring 2025!

Shades of red are trending for Spring 2025

Cherry red is a popular shade that you’re going to see a lot of while cardinal red is a more subdued alternative to the classic siren red that's been a staple color for recent seasons. Coral and ruby red are fresh shades that pair well with neutrals. Brands such Milly and Alice & Olivia have showcased bold shades of red in their Spring 2025 collections. Red is a joyful and sophisticated color of celebration! Red also is very versatile and pairs well with neutrals!

Jeans, a leather jacket and a great pair of heels is a winning outfit formula every time and so easy. I paired this jacket with my favorite Boston Proper jeans and gold strappy sandals for a more dressed up version. I also would wear white jeans, white or off-white wide leg pants, straight leg jeans or black with this jacket. I also just got a pair of red and pink Adidas Gazelles that would be darling with it! The options are endless…

Be sure to check out my Amazon Storefront for more Valentine’s Day items!

I’m including a boutique below with a few items for Valentine’s Day as well as other fabulous jackets from Boston Proper! I’ve included captions under each item that may be helpful!

This week feels like the official start to the new year…I guess because it’s Monday. I’ll be in the kitchen today making several recipes that I think you’ll love and lots of plans ahead! Our new puppy - Archie, comes on January 13 and I couldn’t be more excited…he’s a miniature version of Amos. I know we’ll love him and he’ll be such a great companion for Amos! Stay tuned for the new puppy post…I can’t wait to introduce him!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading today…especially if you got this far! Have a great week!

~XOXO Suzanne
