A Casual Summer Capsule Wardrobe
The weather went from spring to summer really quickly here in North Carolina! I just took Amos out for a walk and at 7:00 am it was already so sultry…not good hair weather for sure. I’m leaving today for Nashville to visit my daughter and she’s already told us to pack for the heat. Since we had a fairly cool start to the spring season, I haven’t really thought about my summer wardrobe very much, but since I need to pack a suitcase, I thought it might be time to put some casual outfits together that will get me through the summer and my trip!
The beauty of having a capsule wardrobe is that it makes getting dressed so much easier. So wether you’re going to the farmer’s market, the beach, or a casual dinner out, there is something here for you. I’m loving the high waisted jeans and shorts with cropped tops, but if this look isn’t for you, a dress with sandals is always a comfortable and cute option.
