Denim Trends for Fall 2024
There are so many options when it comes to denim these days and shopping can get confusing, but…as you shop, remember that the number one rule is to buy what you love and wear what suits your body type! There is something for everyone this season!
I’m finally embracing high waisted jeans and the vintage-inspired high waisted flares are my favorites right now. Paired with a heeled bootie, they make my legs look so much longer and the look is timeless. Pair these jeans with cropped or oversized jackets (love this leopard one) or layer with blouses and sweaters.
Just when it seems that I’ve become comfortable with high waisted jeans…skinny low and mid-rise jeans are making a comeback and I’m not mad about it! There really is and always has been a place for skinny jeans because they tuck so beautifully into tall boots for a timeless look.
You’ll also see patchwork this season as well as two tone jeans, and cuffed jeans are a big trend. All of these come in every wash imaginable and don’t be afraid to wear your lighter wash jeans into fall.
Denim jackets are taking center stage with structured looks being as popular as oversized and cropped ones.
Style your denim with suede and leather ankle booties and minimalist bags to complete the look. But whatever you choose, make it your own!
The cute jacket above is from the Charlie B Collection and it’s so versatile…wear it with white jeans, blue jeans, skirts or even tailored shorts. It’s fairly lightweight making it perfect to start wearing now. It fastens with one hook in the front and features zipper detail. The colors are navy, gold and white with a little pink running through. Use code CRAZYBLONDELIFEBLOG10 for 10% off your Charlie B purchase. I paired the jacket with flare jeans from Veronica Beard, a navy long sleeve, crew neck tee from Michael Stars and a Tory Burch bag.
My necklace is from Julie Vos and it’s one of my most worn because it’s such a great length and compliments so many shirts!

I found these cute, cropped, dark wash jeans recently at Anthropologie and they’re perfect for showing off my leopard booties from Dolce Vita. The henley tee is so versatile from Veronica Beard (his piece will be a staple this fall) and I added a gold bag from Parker Thatch that I’ve been wearing all summer long!

The look above is from Frank & Eileen and is one of my favorites for a comfortable, causal day when I still want to look polished. The pull on jeans are so comfy and I decided to go for a denim-on-denim look by wearing a distressed, slightly cropped denim top with the jeans. The Dolce Vita booties that I’ve nearly already worn out, are great for adding a little extra style and the suede bag is the perfect finishing touch!
I hope you’ve all had a great weekend! I’m headed to Chapel Hill tomorrow for the Design Matters Event which is a fundraiser for the UNC Children’s Hospital. The keynote speaker this year is Tori Mellott who is the producer, editor & associate vice president at Schumacher. I’m very excited to hear her speak! You can read more about the event here.

These cute denim pieces from Amazon are so affordable…I’ve just ordered the long denim vest and the chambray blouse!
I’ve been working hard to update my Amazon Shop as the holidays are upon us! Also, don’t forget that Prime Big Deal Days start tomorrow and there will be lots of great items on sale! I’ll have my picks in my Amazon Shop and also here on Crazy Blonde Life! This is a great time to get started on you holiday shopping or purchase those more expensive items that don’t go on sale often! Check back in the morning for the details!
I finally got around to getting pumpkins and chrysanthemums and my front porch is looking so much better! I’m worried about the squirrels because last year they nibbled away on my pumpkins and I had to buy new ones…they are such a nuisance! If you have any tips on how to keep squirrels away I would love to know!
Thanks so much for reading!
