Shopping For Mother's Day at Wade's Jewelers
Since I can remember, anytime anyone in our family needed a gift of jewelry, we have gone to the same place to get it. It’s a family tradition to go to Wade’s Jewelers for Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, or anything that needs to be extra special (hint…Mother’s Day is right around the corner). These days, there are so many options for buying jewelry, and you can purchase anything online (including from Wade’s), but there is something about going into a store where they know your name when you walk in AND they also know what you like. I just recently updated my diamond ring and I’m so thrilled with it!
Wade’s Jewelers has been a part of our community since 1947. They have a little something for everyone from the most traditional pieces to the latest cutting edge styles. It is located about 15 minutes from our house and is also minutes away from Greensboro NC. Wade’s carries anything you would find at any other fine jewelry store…the difference is the small town service and the relationships they have built with customers over the years.

They have one of a kind pieces from brands such as Gabriel, Allison Kaufman, I Reiss and many more. The selection changes often, so there is always something new to see. One of the reasons that we’ve always shopped at Wades, other than they have beautiful jewelry, is that they are a locally owned business. I think it’s so important to support local businesses and the local economy. They care about and are invested in the well-being of the community and it’s future. Local businesses are more accountable to their local communities and donate more money to non-profits within the community. Supporting local businesses such as Wade’s Jewelers is good for the environment because many times, they have a smaller carbon footprint than larger companies.
