Cilantro Lime Quinoa Bowls with Salmon - Must Try Healthy Recipe
I was looking for dinner inspiration on Pinterest the other day when I ran across this recipe for a Cilantro Lime Quinoa Bowl. It sounded like just the thing…healthy, fresh, and easy. I added my own twist with Kumana Avocado Sauce and it was absolutely fabulous! Kumana graciously gifted me three bottles (mango, original and hot) of their avocado sauce and I’ve been excited to try it. You could absolutely make this recipe without the avocado sauce and love it, but it’s even better with a drizzle of any one of the three flavors! Also, try this delicious sauce on grilled meats and veggies and on any kind of sandwich! It’s going to be a staple in my kitchen from now on!
