The Best Summer Espadrilles + Weekend Notes and All The Things
It’s so crazy that it’s already the last day of March. This month flew by in the blink of an eye. Every day was packed full and it doesn’t seem that April will be any different! My biggest goal this coming month though, is getting back to a bit more of a normal routine and with less travel, it should be easy to do! I’m so happy to say, that by the end of this week, I should be finished-up with my 1st edition of Blondie, The Magazine which will come out on April 15! I’ve been working hard on this first issue and it’s all about Inspirational Entrepreneurial Women with some fashion, food and decor thrown in the mix. Blondie, The Magazine is the continuation of my Midlife Comeback Plan (you can still download your free copy here), but will be a quarterly magazine with interesting articles that I know you’ll love!
Then…I’m going to NYC with my husband for my birthday in May and for another Create and Cultivate Conference! I’m very excited about everything I’ve been working on and I can’t wait to share it all with you! For now, I hope you enjoy looking at the fabulous espadrilles that I’ve found for every outfit you can imagine! And keep scrolling for the weekend notes!
Espadrilles are casual shoes made with esparto rope (I never knew what it was called). The rope sole is the defining characteristic of an espadrille although the uppers vary wildly! I love espadrilles in the spring and summer because they come in every color under the sun, they are comfortable and can really jazz up your outfit! In my book, they are a must-have shoe for your wardrobe. I have spent some time this morning finding the very best of the best espadrilles for you, from flat to mules to wedges to platforms…there is something here for everyone - pedicure required!
Notes From the Weekend
I will admit that I’m slightly behind on watching the latest movies, but last night, my husband and I decided to sit down and watch a movie. Having no idea what we wanted to watch, we started scrolling through the choices and decided on Green Book! We both absolutely loved it. My takeaway from the movie was this: We should all view each other first as human beings and once actually take the time to get to know each other, our differences won’t seem important because we all have more in common than we realize. It was a beautiful movie that made me laugh out loud and cry a little too! I highly recommend that you watch it if you haven’t already! Take a look at the trailer below…
Have you heard about CBD Bath Bombs? My friend Susan Crews, who owns Huntsboro Hemp CBD is making them and I have one waiting for me to use tonight! CBD bath bombs are the ultimate detoxifying, pain-relieving, and stress-reducing combo for your next bath! I don’t take a bath very often, but when I do…I like to thoroughly enjoy it! After along stressful day (hopefully today won’t be that). I love to pour a glass of rose, light my favorite candle, and just relax. Tonight, I will add my CBD Bath Bomb, turn down the lights, turn the water on as hot as I can stand it and wind down.
