A Day in the Life - Spring Outfit Idea

This is the second day in a row that I've woken up to crazy!  Yesterday, I got up and was unable to edit any pictures on my laptop because I needed to update my software.  When I tried to update, I didn't have enough storage...help!  I'm limited in my knowledge of computers, but with the help of my photographer and all around computer genius, Taylor Moser, I was able to clean up my computer and get everything up and running.  It only took about 4 hours!  This morning, I woke up to my first nosebleed ever!  My nose was bleeding uncontrollably and it certainly slowed my progress!  I'm not sure what all of this means, if anything, but I'm on the lookout for number three.  I've always heard that bad luck comes in sevens, so I certainly hope that's not the case!  Truthfully, yesterday was frustrating, but I did learn a thing or two about how to manage the storage on my computer, so I won't say it was bad luck haha!

The outfit that I'm wearing is a mix of several pieces that I've purchased this spring combined with a things that I've had since last season.  The jacket and top are by Cabi, my jeans are old, but still available here, my bag was gifted by Vera Bradley (I love it), and my sunglasses are from Target!  I went to Target the other day and they caught my eye because of the fun color and I ended up buying 5 pairs.  They are all so cute, trendy and affordable that I just couldn't help myself.  My shoes are Dolce Vita and they are at least two seasons old, but they're perfect for a cooler spring day.  They look like booties, but with the heel out, they feel like spring!  Keep scrolling to shop some of my favorite spring booties.

I'm off to Whole Foods to get groceries for my book club dinner that's here tomorrow night.  I'm making a great chicken recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks, My Paris Kitchen by David Lebovitz.  I can't wait to share the recipe with you and the rest of the menu (which I haven't decided on yet).  Our book was Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng and I'm not finished reading it, so as you can see, I've got a busy day ahead of me.  I hope you all have a great day!  Please let me know what you think of this post...leave a comment in the box below!  What are your favorite spring outfits and what books are you reading?
