A Great Detox Just In Time For the Holidays & Other Things on My Radar
Good Morning Everyone! I hope you are all having a great week so far! It’s been a little crazy for me just getting settled back in and catching up after being in Atlanta with my family last week. It feels good to be home in spite of being behind on so many things (laundry…how can I have so much) but I’m making the most of my time and getting it all done! I’m working on a blog post about my time in Atlanta with Hudson. We were fortunate to be able to spend a night at The Hotel at Avalon and I can’t wait to share it with you. It’s a fabulous hotel surrounded by the most wonderful shops, restaurants and more! The post should be up later today so I hope you’ll check it out! Recipe for Lemon Roasted Chicken
I made this recipe for Lemon Roasted Chicken while I was in Atlanta. It was amazing, delicious comfort food. We ate almost all of the chicken and I used the chicken bones to make a really healthy chicken stock for soup the next night. To make the stock, add the chicken bones to a large soup pot, cover with water, add celery, a carrot or two and an onion if desired. Homemade stock makes your soup so much more healthy and delicious!

I’m always fascinated by Tim Ferriss and love his blog…today, on The Tim Ferriss Show, he interviews A. J. Jacobs on his 10 Strategies to Be Happier Through Gratitude. It’s sooo worth listening to!
Detox For The Holiday Season Ahead
