Daily Outfit - Every Day Effortless
My outfit today is mostly made up of things I’ve had in my closet for a while. The shoes are Steve Madden and a new purchase that I think will go with so many different things. The snake print is very on trend for the fall season and I love the cut of the shoe as well as the heel height. They’re also very comfortable for my wide foot. My style is usually a little less structured than this because I’m running around and don’t go to an office (usually I’m working in pj’s haha), but this is fun for a change and it feels official - although I’m not sure for what!?! I’m linking a similar jacket below because mine is no longer available. I’ve found that having a leather jacket in a light neutral color is great for spring through the winter season.
Just a word about the Gucci belt. These belts are very popular and hard to find in somes sizes, although it is available at Saks in most sizes right now, but hurry if you want it because they won’t last long!! I got tired of waiting and ordered a large size and took it to a shoe repair shop to have cut down. It is now the perfect size for me and I can wear it at my waist, or a little lower on my hips. This belt is one that I’ll keep and wear forever and, in my opinion, it elevates any outfit!
I’ve always loved investing in shoes and handbags because I know that if they’re classic, I’ll wear them for many years to come, but I also love to mix in budget friendly pieces. I think this is the perfect formula for stylish dressing. Affordable items, mixed with investment pieces often can create the most stylish looks. My jacket, was bought several years ago and is by Cupcakes and Cashmere (I have my eye on this faux fur vest) and as far as leather jackets go, it was very affordable, as is most of the line. Steve Madden shoes are one of my favorite brands and are also affordable (with many pairs under 150.00) and so stylish!
We’re on the countdown to Thanksgiving, which is my favorite holiday! Keep checking back for ideas on table decorating, recipes, and of course suggestions for what to wear for the big day! Thanks for reading…have a great day!
