I got together with Holly Treadwell, owner of The Blend & Co., in Burlington and learned how to make a Mexican Mocha at home.  I love to go to The Blend and get a Mexican Mocha, but they are also really easy to make at home!  We have more coffee videos coming soon…who knew there was so much to learn about coffee, but there is, and it’s all so fascinating!  Also, keep scrolling because I’m including my recipe for a really simple to make biscotti.  It’s the perfect cookie to have with a Mexican Mocha!

Who knew you could grind coffee with a Mortar and Pestle?
