Chicken Noodle Soup...The Healthy Version!
January is the month for healthy eating! I think it’s because we eat so much rich food over the holidays and after that, we all just want something light and clean. I’m craving salads, fish and everything healthy right now so…I’m reposting this recipe for the healthiest Chicken Noodle Soup ever and the best part…it’s easy to make and SO DELICIOUS!
Everyone loves chicken noodle soup, but you'll have to admit that it could be healthier, especially since it's usually given to people when they're sick! I saw this recipe on one of my favorite blogs, Camille Styles and just had to give it a try! I love it so much and I'm sure you will too!
This chicken noodle soup is even more delicious than the traditional version and is packed with nutrients from turmeric and ginger. Making it is easy (it takes less than 20 minutes to prepare) and it's great to have on hand for a quick lunch or dinner. Pick up a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store or roast your own if you have the time. The soba noodles soak up all of the flavors of the delicious broth and make it even healthier. This soup is gluten free and will quickly become one of your favorites.
