My New YouTube Video is Live!

I shared the recipe for my Charred Carrots with Shallot and Pine Nut Vinaigrette a couple of weeks ago.  Here is my YouTube video showing how to make them!  I will admit that I had never made these carrots before doing the video and when I tasted them, as you will se, they really blew me away!  They were so tasty!

Making these videos is so much fun and I hope you enjoy watching them as much as I enjoy making them!  My cooking classes are very similar to this, but...you get to actually make and taste the food AND drink the wine!  I have specifically paired wine with the foods that we cook in the classes so you will have the total experience.  Please let me know what you think of this video by leaving your comments in the box below!
