Two Delicious Hummus Recipes

For a casual weekend get together, it's hard to beat hummus and chips...and a big pitcher of margaritas!  The spicy cilantro hummus combines all the delicious flavors of guacamole for the most delicious hummus.  It's full of protein from the chickpeas and we all know how healthy (and delicious) avocados are!  Either of these hummus recipes could stand in for a light lunch and would also be great with bell pepper strips or carrots.

The Spicy Cilantro Hummus comes together in about 5 minutes; just throw everything into the food processor.  The black bean hummus takes a bit longer because of the time spent caramelizing the onions, but it's so delicious!
