Recipes for an Easy Spring Dinner

Today, I'm sharing the recipes from my Easy Spring Dinner cooking class that was on the blog Tuesday!  This menu was a big hit because of the ease and simplicity!

This is such a great menu for Spring, but also really works well for any time of the year.  All of the ingredients for this Spring menu are easy to find at most any grocery store.  I like to use wild Alaskan salmon which is usually available although sometimes has been previously frozen.  Everyone loves roasted potatoes, especially with a delicious Dijon vinaigrette and green beans are everyone's favorite vegetable.  The strawberries in the shortcake could be swapped for peaches in the summer and baked apples in the fall and winter.  I know you'll love all of the recipes and make them over and over!  Make this menu your "go to" for easy and comfortable entertaining.

I like to serve a white wine with the main course and prosecco or Champagne for dessert!
