Greetings from Chapel Hill!
Last night we were in Chapel Hill again...it is really one of my favorite places to be! I love walking down Franklin Street and looking into the store windows and people watching! We rode around and looked at all of the houses for sale (we've been doing that for years) thinking that one day we might want to live there! After, we ate at one of our favorite restaurants, Elaine's on Franklin, and spent some time talking and enjoying the beautiful evening!
Mr. Crazy took my picture in front of this great "Greetings from Chapel Hill" mural that's on Rosemary St. behind a bar called "He's Not Here"...it isn't one of MY favorite places, but I know a lot of people love it! The fall is my favorite time of the year because the evenings are cool but not cold and it's so much fun to be outside.
I bought several things at Loft recently because they were having a great sale and this top was one of my purchases. It is sleeveless and the perfect weight to wear under a jacket. My jacket is several seasons old and still one of my favorites. I'm wearing my Chloe bag, my jeans are Mother Denim and my boots are Prada.
Uniquities is one of my favorite shops in Chapel Hill!
This fish painting is inside of Elaine's on Franklin.
The amuse bouche last night was curried butternut squash soup! I always want a whole bowl, but unfortunately it's just a taste!
I had a fabulous salmon with butterbeans and great little hushpuppies!
Mr. Crazy had tuna and didn't even save me one bite!
I am a salt fanatic and I love when I have a choice of different salts for my food!
Sweet Potato Pound Cake for dessert! I'm feeling inspired to make one myself!
