MY CRAZY BLONDE WEEK
This blog seems to have become somewhat of a diary for me. I love to share the places that I visit, the things that I cook and everything that I love, including fashion and favorite products. This week has been packed with so much and has gone by really quickly. In this post, I'm combining a visit to a great restaurant and a fabulous meal that I cooked.
On Wednesday night, Mr. Crazy Blonde and I decided to go and have dinner in Chapel Hill before picking Rebecca up at the airport. We went to Kipos Greek Taverna and had a such a nice meal. Kipos is a bustling, open kitchen Greek restaurant with wood fired grills and an open airy feel. Our meal started with spanakopita, baba ganoush, tzatziki and pita bread! We were almost full before the main course got there! Mr. Crazy ordered grilled octopus (one of my favorite things), and a crabmeat stuffed grouper. I ordered salmon with orzo. Everything was perfection! We also ordered a chocolate mouse for dessert, but devoured it before remembering to take a picture.
I'm also sharing a recipe for a horseradish crusted salmon that I made for dinner on Thursday night. It was a little time consuming, but totally worth it. The salmon is great leftover and would be a perfect entree for guests. I've included the recipe and an adorable picture of Hudson below.
Kipos only serves Greek wines. We had a rose that went perfectly with our food!

The best grilled octopus!
I'm wearing my favorite white skinny jeans and an Amanda Uprichards top. I love my great big Jimmy Choo sunglasses!

Sarah and I are leaving on Tuesday for Nashville! I've never been and I'm so excited! I'll be blogging from there so be sure to visit everyday!
