BAKED FARFALLE WITH LEEK, MUSHROOMS AND BRIE

This meal is simple enough for Wednesday night dinner, using readily available ingredients, pasta, leeks, mushrooms and brie!  It is also just as good the next day and who doesn't love good leftovers!  Add a piece of roasted salmon, and Wednesday night dinner...done!

Sprinkle salmon with olive oil, Maldon Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper.  Roast in the oven at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes depending on desired doneness.
