THE COLOR OF THE MOMENT - ROSE QUARTZ
One of the Pantone colors for Spring 2016 is Rose Quartz. The Pantone colors are compiled by a group of color experts around the world. Laurie Pressman, Vice President of the Pantone Color Institute say that "Color is truly contextual, and what is happening in the world is reflected by these colors." The 2016 spring mix includes peaceful and calming colors combined with hues that are bold and playful such as purples and blues. People want to stop and unwind and the colors represented in the Pantone Spring 2016 colors are calming, comforting and warm and convey a sense of security. This is a dreamy color that is beautiful and feminine.
