SALTWATER SALVAGE DESIGNS
This great company is owned by Carol Hunter (Carol is the one on the right). I met Carol at Bald Head Island at a shop that I previously blogged about called Room Service. Carol was there to demonstrate the great product that she has developed called Saltwash. Saltwash allows you to put a brand new finish on an old piece of furniture and totally make it something you would want to put in your home. It can be used on practically any surface and it is so easy.
Just look at the difference in this table!!
All you do is mix this product into any kind of paint until it looks like thick icing and then paint a really thick coat on whatever it is that you want to transform! Wait just a little while for it to dry and then paint a top coat of a contrasting color on, let that dry and sand very lightly.
